Hello, my name is Neftali and I am so happy to be guest designing for the Maya Road blog! I have been a lover of paper crafts and anything D.I.Y. as long as I can remember. I have always had a love for anything that involved making or creating, and now that I have a son and family that give me so many special moments in my life, I have dedicated myself to memory keeping and paper crafting. For the last 3 years I have been paper crafting with so much passion and I enjoy inspiring others to get out there and create pretty things. You can always find me throughout the internet as All the Neffyness, I also have a Blog at alltheneffyness.wordpress.com and a YouTube channel, All The Neffyness Crafty Channel. I hope to see you around so that we can share inspiration and ideas.
Thanks so much Neftali for joining us today! Take it away...
Merry Holidays Wood Pallet
Hello everyone! It is Neftali Zambrano here, from All the Neffyness, and I am so excited to be on the Maya Road blog this month to share with you a few fun projects. I was sent a really awesome box of Maya Road products that inspired me to create some fun, colorful, and festive home décor for the holidays. For my first project that I will be sharing with you today, I used a mix of the supplies to create a cute Christmas village on the 8x8 wooden palette. Every year I love to choose a different color scheme for my Christmas decorations at home. This year I decided on a white Christmas with hints of Pink and Mint. So when I saw that my box of goodies included house shaped chipboard pieces, chipboard snowflakes, and the wooden palettes, I knew that I wanted to create a little matching Christmas village for my home décor. So I created this project using the 8x8 wooden palette, the chipboards, and the diamond heart buttons.
I added a few of my own wood veneer Christmas trees and a "Merry" title to finish off my little village wood palette. I have to say that I adore how this project turned out and I hope that you love it as much as I do. It was so easy to put together and it was fun to get messy with paint and glitter. Now I can easily hang this project on my Christmas gallery wall, or even put it front and center on my Christmas tree for all to see.
Well, that is it for this project today. I will be back in just a few days to share my next project with you all. I'll give you a hint that it's also a cute and festive home décor project. I can't wait to share! Until then, stay crafty.
Check back in again soon for another gorgeous project from Neftali!
